If you require medical assistance and it falls within our appropriate scope of care, please utilize our scheduling system to request the next available appointment. If your medical needs are more urgent then please visit your preferred Urgent Care Facility or Emergency Room. If you are expereincing a medical emergency, please call 911 As Soon As Possible.
At This time EmergeCare only services the Montgomery Texas area. If your are not located in Montgomery and book an appointment, EmergeCare reserves the right to cancel your appointment without a timely notice.
Please log in through the patient portal and send your doctor a secure message using the portal. This message system is encrpyted and is HIPAA complaint. Medical questions outside of an appointment can only be replied to using a HIPAA compliant messaging system.
No, only one patient record can be created per appointment. If you have more than one family member in need of our services, please attempt to schedule multiple appointments together and a discounted visit service fee will be applied for every patient after the first patient's appointment.
EmergeCare partners with an extensive network of Laboratory Service Providers and Diagnostic Imaging Facilities. If it is determined by your doctor that you require one of these services, an order will be sent to the appropriate facility of your choice. You will then travel to that facility and pay for the services outside of EmergeCare's billing system.
No, In order to have a transparent pricing model we do not accept any type of medical insurance. This helps us to keep costs at a minimum and ensures that only the doctor and the patient have a say in what medical services are appropriate for complete and compassionate care.
Yes, EmergeCare's fees fall under standard IRS qualified medical expenses.
Please log into the patient portal and request the scheduled appointment be rescheduled or cancelled. Please be advised that short-notice or no notice reschedules or cancellations may be in violation of EmergeCare's cancellation policy and could result in a fee. This is done to ensure that all patients have timely access to care.
